Nitrile Rubber
Nitrile rubber is a synthetic rubber made from acrylonitrile and butadiene, offering excellent thermal resistance, flexibility, and moisture barrier properties. It is manufactured in the form of tubes, sheets, rolls, and tapes.
๐ Closed-cell structure: Prevents moisture and vapor penetration
โ๏ธ Excellent thermal insulation: Low thermal conductivity (~0.032–0.040 W/m·K)
๐ง Prevents condensation: Ideal for chilled water and ducting
๐ฅ Fire retardant (FR grades available)
๐ง Highly flexible: Easy to install on curved surfaces or tight spaces
๐ฆ Resistant to mold, mildew, and bacteria
๐งผ Low maintenance, smooth finish
๐ ๏ธ Non-fibrous, no skin or respiratory irritation (safe to handle)
